Qué hacer
- Disconnect charging cables and wipe the exterior.
- Position the affected speaker downward.
- Run the tone for up to 60 seconds, then allow time for natural drying.
Importante: Sound cannot repair hardware damage. If the phone was heavily submerged, will not power on normally, becomes hot, or remains distorted after drying, follow the manufacturer’s service guidance.
