- Use a clean, soft brush only on the exterior grille.
- For recent moisture, use the water-eject tone with the speaker facing downward.
- Avoid needles, pins and liquids that can damage the mesh or internal parts.
Importante: Sound cannot repair hardware damage. If the phone was heavily submerged, will not power on normally, becomes hot, or remains distorted after drying, follow the manufacturer’s service guidance.
